President
Nunagnon Houssa is responsible for leading strategy, development, client engagement, contract management, operations, and performance for Upreddy. Mr. Houssa has more than 15 years experience developing best-in-class practices. Highly motivated, passionate, adaptable, experienced, Cyber Security Analyst with a proven track record of high client satisfaction. With a focus in risk management framework he is experienced in the tasks of providing a disciplined structured which integrates information security and risk management framework. He is also an experienced auditor who assisted IT management in identifying gaps between policy and process, developing recommendations to remediate control weaknesses and be responsible for developing and maintaining IT control metrics related to compliance activities. I have provided audit and advisory assistance. He is proactive and resourceful professional with a track record of success in designing a security framework that ensures that the customer needs are met and satisfaction remains high with every project.
Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Featherstone is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the consulting industry. Skilled in Business Process Design, AICP Line Producer, Change Project Management, Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement, and Project Management Office (PMO). Strong professional certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, with a Phd in Business Administration focused in Finance from Cambridge University.
Ms. Featherstone has provided award winning contracting, consulting and project management services to an array of clients, including both public and private sector organizations such as the Executive Office of the President, the Washington Headquarters Services, Pepco, CACI International, CALIBRE ,Congressional Black Caucus, DC Government, Georgetown University ,State of MD, US Patent and Trade mark Office, Department of Energy, Department of State, the National Institutes of Health, US Holocaust Memorial Museum, the General Services Administration, and the Smithsonian Institution.

Ms. Jenkins has managed projects like the model enhancement testing related to KPMG’s Global Credit Loss Accounting Solution (gCLAS), a solution for IFRS 9 and CECL compliance. She has held responsibility for user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementation testing (SIT), including test case scenario design and review, on a multi-million dollar custom builds for mortgage loan accounting platforms. Managed implementations including loan accounting systems for acquired loans accounted for under ASC 310 30 (SOP 03 3) at regional and national banks, student loan financing companies and automobile financing companies. She has led teams responsible for developing business requirements to address system customization requests made by clients. Directed teams of developers and technical resources in testing and implementing loan accounting system enhancements in addition to developing and conducting loan accounting system user training for clients and KPMG personnel.
